Expert Planning Services: We'll work with you to determine the best rooms and services for your event, providing conference planning, coordination, and room setup assistance. We're happy to prepare a custom quote for you. On-Site Catering: Our exclusive on-site catering service, provided by Great Western Dining, offers delicious options for your guests. We offer basic buffets, deluxe buffets (with china and linens), and deluxe sit-down meals for smaller groups. Please provide two weeks' advance notice when possible, and a 72-hour guarantee is required. On-Site Catering Available

Our exclusive on-site catering can be tailored to fit your event. To plan your menu, we'll need an estimate of the number of guests you're serving. We ask for two weeks' advance notice when possible, and a 72-hour guarantee is required. Our caterer prepares enough food to serve 5% above the guaranteed guest count, and invoices are sent after the event. Great Western Dining has the first right of refusal on all catering orders.

Directions to the Conference & Event Center

Our Conference Center is conveniently located at Iowa Valley Business and Community Solutions in Marshalltown. We're easy to find and offer clear directions to make your arrival smooth.

The Iowa Valley Business and Community Solutions campus is located at 3702 S. Center St. in Marshalltown, Iowa. You'll find us just south of where Highways 30 and 14 intersect. For the easiest access to the campus and the Conference Center, take Highway 14 south to our southernmost campus entrance, which is near the baseball fields.

Arriving at the Conference Center

Once you are on campus, take South College Drive. Turn left at the very first parking lot entrance you see. Continue driving past the District Office, and the Conference Center entrance will be straight ahead of you. Please enter through Door 11, where a receptionist will greet you upon your arrival.
