Dr. Anne Howsare Boyens
Dr. Anne Howsare Boyens serves as President of Iowa Valley Community College District, providing strategic leadership for the District and its colleges. She joined Iowa Valley in 2023 and brings more than 20 years of community college experience across student services, academic leadership, and institutional operations.
Grounded in a strong commitment to student success and community impact, Dr. Howsare Boyens leads in close partnership with the District’s Executive Leadership Team. Together, they provide strategic direction and operational oversight across campuses and service areas.
