Guiding You from Enrollment to Graduation and Beyond

We're here to support you throughout your entire academic journey, from your first class to graduation and even as you pursue your career or continue your education. We provide the resources and guidance you need to succeed every step of the way.

Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office is your go-to resource for all things related to your academic records, course registration, and important dates. Our team is ready and willing to help you register for classes, change your schedule, or get an official copy of your college transcript.

Registration Dates for 2026-2027 Academic Year

  • December 2026 Graduates, Veteran Students, and TRIO SSS Students: Registration Opens March 23, 2026
  • Returning, New, and Guest Students: Registration Opens April 6, 2026

Credentials You Can Use: Reverse Transfer

If you're close to graduating from MCC or ECC but plan to transfer to a four-year school before completing your associate degree, consider a "Reverse Transfer." This allows your new university to send your transcript back to us once you've completed the classes needed for your ECC or MCC degree. This is a great way to earn your associate degree, which looks excellent on a resume!

If you are planning to attend one of Iowa’s three public universities, you can often choose the "Reverse Transfer" option directly on your application. This will notify the university to send your transcript to MCC or ECC to complete your degree requirements.

Enrollment and Degree Verification

Both MCC and ECC have authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official enrollment and degree verifications.
