IVCCD-MCC-Student Housing Phase 1 Site Design Iowa Valley Community College District

To Whom It May Concern:

You are hereby notified that at 4 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Iowa Valley Community College District Board Room, 3602 S. Center St., Marshalltown, IA 50158, there will be a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the project. Any persons interested may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of such improvement.

The following is a description of the Work: This project consists of site construction and preparation for Phase 1 Student Housing Building 1. The bid will include civil design for grading, utilities, and stormwater management, structural design limited to footings, foundations, and slab on grade, mechanical and electrical underground utilities services to prepare location for One (1) Two unit, 4 bedroom 2-story student housing building. Note, design and construction of the student housing building is under another contract and not part of this bid.
