Iowa Valley Community College District is offering for bid eight used motorcycles from our motorcycle program. Photos are attached to this posting. The motorcycles were inside a trailer that was tipped over during the derecho. Some received damage that has been repaired or can be seen in the pictures. Some have replacement parts with them to complete the repairs. All are still operational and continued to be used in the classes. Highest bidder will take the item. No holds. Arrangements for pickup must be made within 3 business days of notice of accepted bid and full payment made at time of pick up by cash, cashier’s check, or credit card presented at Business and Community Solutions.

A viewing of the motorcycles will be held Aug 27 12:00pm to 2:30pm

Bid should include:

  • Name and contact information of bidder
  • Bid amount
  • Which motorcycle unit(s) the bidder is interested in purchasing

Bids will be taken until Sept 4 and should be mailed to:
