Iowa Valley Marketing Team Brings Home Three Medallions from District 5 NCMPR Conference

The Iowa Valley Marketing team recently attended the District 5 NCMPR conference in St. Paul, MN, and returned home with three prestigious medallion awards.

The National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR) is the trade organization for marketing and communication professionals at community colleges and trade schools. The District 5 NCMPR conference brings together regional marketing and communications professionals to network, learn, and share best practices.

The Iowa Valley Marketing team was honored to receive the following awards:

  • Bronze Medallion for a die-cut tiger-head flier designed for Marshalltown Community College (MCC). The flier was created to share facts about MCC in a fun and engaging way.
  • Silver Medallion for a microsite or landing page designed for the “Complete Your Degree” campaign. The microsite encourages people who started college and never finished to return and earn their degree.
  • Gold Medallion in the E-publication category for the updated style guide and branding toolkit found on the Iowa Valley website.

“We are thrilled to be recognized for our hard work and dedication to creating innovative and effective marketing and communications materials,” said Julie Eastridge, Director of Marketing at Iowa Valley. “These awards are a testament to the talent and creativity of our team.”
