Microsoft Office 365
As a student at IVCCD, you are eligible to receive Office 365 at no cost. This includes access to popular Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. To take advantage of this offer, simply use your Iowa Valley student email to sign up (https://www.office.com/).
Note: Microsoft Access is not available on Mac computers. If you need to use Access, please ensure you have access to a Windows PC.

- Windows: Intel Core i5 (10th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or newer)

Memory (RAM):
- Windows and Mac: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended for more intensive tasks)
Storage:
- Windows and Mac: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive) minimum (512 GB recommended)
Operating System:
- Windows: Windows 11
- Mac: macOS 14 (Sonoma)
Display (Windows and Mac):
- 13-inch or larger screen with a resolution of 1920x1080 (Full HD) or higher
Graphics:
- Windows: Integrated graphics (sufficient for most tasks) or dedicated graphics card (for graphic design, video editing, or gaming)
